Conditions of Use

You may return most items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund not including shipping and handling. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if an item is not as described, wrong item is shipped, or item is damaged in shipping AND prior approval to return the item to us has been given. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please send an email to store@playland-not-at-the-beach.org if there is a question or problem with your order, and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out. Personalized items can NOT be returned unless there was an error on our part.
