Have you always wanted to learn how to make magnificent animals out of ordinary balloons? On Friday evening, September 11th Scott Alcalay (President of the Oakland Magic Circle) is going to teach a class on "Balloon Animals" at Playland from 6:00 to 9:00 PM. The cost is only $20, and that includes a bag of 25 balloons to get you started. Additional balloons and balloon pumps will be available for sale at the class. The evening of the class we are keeping Playland open for guests to enjoy our many attractions too, so you can bring your family to have fun while you are learning to make dogs, giraffes and a variety of other animals out of balloons.

Playland-Not-at-the-Beach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Museum of Fun. Designed and built entirely by volunteers, the 20+ interactive exhibits celebrate the magic and history of America's bygone amusements.
